Resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh authorizing the Town Supervisor to enter into a Tax Abatement Agreement with 62 Main Housing Development Fund Company, Inc. and 62 Main Limited Partnership, and related agreements, for the purpose of exempting an affordable housing project at 62 Main Street in the Village of Tarrytown from local and municipal taxes related to the development of 109 units of low income residential rental housing, for a period of 99 years

Resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh authorizing the Town Supervisor to enter into a Municipal Fee Agreement with 62 Main Housing Development Fund Company, Inc. (“the HDFC”) and 62 Main Limited Partnership, a New York Limited Partnership, whereby the HDFC will pay a fee of $10,800 to the Town, increasing by 3% on each fifth anniversary thereafter, as reimbursement for costs and administrative expenses related to the development of 108 Residential Rental Housing Units for Persons and Families of Low income plus parking at 62 Main Street in the Village of Tarrytown, NY

Resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Greenbrugh directing the Town Assessor to Grant Exemptions on the 2021 Assessment Roll to all property owners who received that exemption on the 2020 Assessment Roll, thereby dispensing with the need for renewal applications from such persons, and further dispensing with the requirement for assessors to mail renewal applications to such persons, pursuant to NYS Governor’s Executive Order 202.83 Continuing Temporary Suspension and Modification of Laws Relating to the Pandemic Disaster Emergency, specifically as it pertains to Senior and Disability Exemptions, Sections 467 and 459c of the Real Property Tax Law

Resolution referring a Battery Energy Storage System Model Law prepared by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) regulating electrical energy storage facilities to the Planning Board, as modified, for comment and recommendation. (To be held over to a Special Town Board Meeting to be held January 5, 2020, 6:00 PM)
