1.   ZBA Case No. 20-2770 Saw Mill River Road, LLC, for property located at 70 Saw Mill River Road, (P.O. Hastings-on-Hudson, N.Y.).).  Applicant is requesting area variances from Section 285-32(A)(3)(b) of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the north side setback  from Piles 1 &  2 from 25 ft. ( (required) to 7 ft. (proposed); to reduce the front yard setback for Piles 2 & 3 from 25 ft. (required) to 0 ft. (proto reduce the south side yard setback for pile 4 from 25 ft. (required) to 1.5 ft. (proposed), in order to have outside storage.  The property is located in an LI-Light Industrial District and is designated on the town Tax Map as Parcel ID:  8.610-421-7
 
2.   ZBA Case No. 20-28 – Jeffrey Streisfeld, for property located at 7 Andover Road, (Hartsdale, N.Y.).  Applicant is requesting area variances from Section 285-5 of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the side yard from a patio from 10 ft. (required) to .33 ft. (proposed); from Section 285-40(C)(2) to reduce the front yard from 15 ft. (required) to 11.16 ft. (proposed), in order to legalize and deck and patio.  The property is located in an R-7.5 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID:  8.210-162-2.
 
3.   ZBA Case No. 20-29Eric Martucci, for property located at 33 Forest Blvd. (P.O. Ardsley, N.Y.).  Applicant is requesting an area variance from Section 285-14(B)(4)(d) of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the rear yard setback from a deck from 23 ft. (required) to 19.5 ft. (proposed), in order to construct a deck.  The property is located in an R-10 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID:  8.160-100-11.

5.   ZBA Case No. 20-33 – Lesley Alpert-Schuldenfrei, for property located at 125 Highland Road (P.O. Scarsdale, N.Y.).    Applicant is requesting an area variance from Section 285-39(D)(2) of the Zoning Ordinance to increase the maximum Floor Area Ratio (F.A.R.) from 2,625 sq. ft. (permitted), 2,758 sq. ft. (existing) to 2,859 sq. ft. (proposed); and from Section 285-40(C)(1) to increase a non-conforming structure so as to increase such non-conformance, in order to enclose a porch.  The property is located in and R-7.5 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID: 8.450-318-9
 
6.   ZBA Case No. 21-01 – Ricardo & Angel Estevez for property located at 76 Hillcrest  Avenue,(P.O. White Plains, N.Y.). Applicant is requesting an area variance from Section 285-36(G)(6) of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the side yard setback to a swimming pool from 15 ft. required)  to 8 ft. (proposed); and the rear yard setback to a swimming pool from 15 ft. (required) to 8 ft. (proposed) in order to install a swimming pool. The property is located in an R-10 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID: 7.470-274-31
 
7.   ZBA Case No. 21-02 – Ewa Witkowska, for property located at 200 Old Army Road, (P.O. Scarsdale, N.Y.).  Applicant is requesting area variances from  Section 285-15(B)(5)(b) of the Zoning to reduce the distance from a driveway to the north side lot line from 10 ft. (required) to 0 ft. (proposed) and from the south side lot line from 10 ft. (required) to 7.81 ft. (proposed), in order to legalize the driveway. The property is located in an R-7.5 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID: 8.540-371-2
