Resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh authorizing the Town Supervisor to enter into a Municipal Fee Agreement with 62 Main Housing Development Fund Company, Inc. (“the HDFC”) and 62 Main Limited Partnership, a New York Limited Partnership, whereby the HDFC will pay a fee of $6,000 to the Town, increasing by 3% on each fifth anniversary thereafter, as reimbursement for costs and administrative expenses related to the development of Residential Rental Housing Units for Persons and Families of Low income plus parking at 62 Main Street in the Village of Tarrytown, NY
