a.   Case No. PB 21-08 – Vacant Lot, Clarendon Road (Gez), P.O. Scarsdale, N.Y. - Wetland/Watercourse PermitThe Department of Community Development and Conservation has received a wetland/watercourse permit application involving the proposed construction of a new, approximately 2,000 sq. ft. single-family residence, with related improvements, on an existing, vacant lot. The watercourse buffer area on the applicant’s property consists of approximately 3,200 sq. ft., and the applicant is proposing approximately 350 sq. ft. of disturbance. The applicant proposes approximately 60 yards of excavation to carry out the project. The applicant proposes Cultec drywell units to capture and treat stormwater runoff from new impervious surfaces. No regulated trees are proposed for removal as part of the project. The subject properties consist of approximately 6,105 sq. ft. and is situated on the west side of Clarendon Road, approximately 80 ft. north of the intersection of Clarendon Road and Clarendon Place. The properties are situated in the R-7.5 One-Family Residence District and are designated on the tax map of the Town of Greenburgh as Parcel ID: 8.460-324-8 & 9.
