1.   ZBA Case 21-11 - Skahrokh, Amir, Khosrow & Behrooz Eatemadpour, for property located at Laurel Street, P.O. Hartsdale, N.Y.). Applicant is requesting area variances from Section 285-15(B)(1) of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the minimum lot area from 7,500 sq. ft. (required), 5,281 sq. ft. (existing) to 5,281 sq. ft. (proposed); from Section 285-15(B)(2) to reduce the minimum lot width from 75 ft. (required) to 50 ft. (proposed); from Section 285-15(B)(4)(b) to reduce one side yard  from 10 ft. (required) to 8 ft. (proposed) and the other side yard from 12 ft. (required) to 4 ft. (proposed); and from Section 285-12(B)(4)(c) to reduce the total of two side yards from 22 ft. (required) to 12 ft. (proposed), in order to construct a new house.   The property is located in an R-7.5 One-Family Residential District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel Lot ID:  8.200-146-8.                                            ZBA Case 21-11 has requested an adjournment to April 28, 2022         
 
2.   ZBA Case 21-26 - Bloom Energy Corporation, for property located at 151 S. Fulton Street, (P.O. White Plains, N.Y.). Applicant is requesting an area variance from Section 285-36(J) to allow an accessory structure in the front yard (proposed) instead of the rear or side yard (permitted).  The property is located in an IB- Intermediate Business District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID:  8.80-42-1 & 2
                 ZBA Case 21-26 has requested an adjournment to March 24, 2022
 
3.   ZBA Case 21-34 – Marcia Zeppieri, for property located at 86 Windom Street, (P.O. White Plains, N.Y.).  Applicant is requesting area variances from Section 285-14(B)((5)(b) of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce a side yard setback from an accessory structure to the side lot line from 12 ft. (required), 4.5 ft. (existing) to 4.5 ft. (proposed and to reduce the driveway setback from 12 ft. (required), 5.74 ft. (existing) to 0 ft. (proposed), in order to legalize a driveway and carport.  The property is located in an R-10 One-Family Residential District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel Lot ID:  7.520-314-24
 
4.   ZBA Case 21-35 – Fleetwood Life Estate/Alison Berry, for property located at 33Dunham Road, (P.O. Hartsdale, N.Y.). Applicant is requesting an area variance from Section 285-15(B)((4)(d) of the Zoning Ordinance reduce the rear yard setback from 26 ft. (required) to 23.7 ft. (proposed), in order to replace an existing deck with a new roofed deck.  The property is located in an R-7.5 One-Family Residential District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel Lot ID:  8.180-132-18.                              
                      ZBA Case 21-35 has requested and adjournment to March 24, 2022

 
 
5.   ZBA Case 21-36 – Dimonte Realty Inc., for property located at 183 S. Central Avenue, (P.O. Hartsdale, N.Y.). Applicant is appealing the Building Inspector’s determination of Section 285-29.1(B)(5.1)(b)(1) of the Zoning Ordinance or in the alternative a use variance in connection with a proposed cigar lounge.  The Building Inspector’s interpretation of this Section is that requiring a variance.  The property is located in the CA-Central Avenue Mixed Use Impact District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel Lot ID:  8.290-220-15
 
6.   ZBA Case 21-38 - Durga Temple of Westchester, for property located at 1880 Saw Mill River Road, (P.O. White Plains, N.Y).  Applicant is requesting an area variance from Section 285-10(a)(1)(e)(2) of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the front yard from 100 ft. (required) to 36.8 ft. (proposed), in order to construct a of worship.  The property is located in an R-20 One-Family Residential District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID: 7.520-311-1
 
7.   NEW CASES
 
ZBA Case 22-02 – Clarence & Miriam Keller Perkins, for property located at 7 Rita Lane, (P.O. White Plains, N.Y.  Applicant is requesting an area variance from Section 285-14(B)(5)(b) of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the side yard setback from a driveway from 12 ft. (permitted) to 2.92 ft. (proposed), in order to legalize a driveway expansion.  The property is located in an R-10 One-Family Residential District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID: 7.390-199-7.
 
8.   ZBA Case 22-03 – Mathew & Jancy Abraham, for property located at 11 Poe Street, (P.O. Hartsdale, N.Y.  Applicant is requesting  an area variance from Section 285-15(B)(3)(d) of the Zoning Ordinance to increase the maximum impervious surface from 40.75 % (permitted), 49  % (existing) to 49  % (proposed), in order to construct a sunroom.  The property is located in an R-7.5 One-Family Residential District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel Lot ID:  8.120-71-38
