Resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh adopting a Home Rule Message of support for Assembly Bill No. 10383-A and Senate Bill S.9325 and requesting that the NYS Legislature execute a Town Home Rule Request authorizing the Town of Greenburgh, County of Westchester, to alienate and discontinue the use of certain Parkland on Secor Road in the Town known as the entrance way to 61-69 Secor Road, Ardsley, NY 10502, which may also be identified as and by section: 8.160, block: 101, lot 47 (collectively, the “property”) for the purpose of creating an easement for access to a Public Housing Authority Apartment Complex adjacent to that Site
