Resolution (1) Declaring the intention of the Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh to be Lead Agency with respect to SEQRA, regarding a Zoning Text Amendment to Section 285-36 of the Zoning Ordinance, entitled “Supplementary Use Regulations;” and (2) Referring the amendment to the Planning Board for a report and recommendation in accordance with the requirements of Section 285-64 of the Town’s Zoning Ordinance
