Special Meeting of the Greenburgh Town Board
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh will hold a Special Meeting at Greenburgh Town Hall, 177 Hillside Avenue, Greenburgh, New York 10607 on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at 11:00 AM. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to consider resolutions (1) authorizing the issuance of a Request for Proposals to conduct a targeted review of Saw Mill River related flooding and to suggest small scale mitigating solutions, (2) setting Public Hearing dates for amendments to Chapters 200 (Environmental Quality Review), 245 (Steep Slopes), 248 (Storm water Management), and 280 (Wetlands and Watercourses); (3) authorizing disposal of obsolete/unusable equipment; (4) approving a clothing recycling bin related contract with USAagain; and (5) authorizing one or more street closings; as well as any other business that may come before the Town Board.
