The Town Board will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, June 27, 2012, 7:30PM to hold a tribute to Steven R. Belasco, who died on 5/8/2012 after a short illness. Steve was Chair (12 years) and former member (5 years) of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a member of the Zoning Ordinance Revision Committee, and a member of the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee. The impact of the sudden death of such an active and dedicated member of our land use boards/committees is incomprehensible. Anyone who would like to participate in the tribute is encouraged to speak at the June 27th meeting. The Town Board will attend an outreach meeting with the East Irvington Civic Association on Tuesday, June 12, 2012, 8:00 PM at the Irvington Recreation Center, 71 Main Street, Irvington GOOD NEWS...The Town continues to have the highest possible bond rating from both Standard & Poors (AAA) and Moodys (AAA).
