PUBLIC HEARINGS To consider the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Eastview Holdings LLC, application for amendments to the Zoning Ordinance creating a new Planned Economic Development (PED) containing 50 acres or more and re-zoning of the property to the new PED Zoning District, as well as related actions related thereto, affecting real property located at 777 Old Saw Mill River Road (Parcel ID: 7.71-6-2) To consider the proposed increase and improvement of the facilities of the Town's Consolidated Water District, consisting of various improvements to the facilities of Consolidated Water District, including water meter replacements, Greenvale Circle water main replacement and water tank rehabilitation, at various locations in the Consolidated Water District in the Town of Greenburgh To consider two one-year agreements between the Town of Greenburgh and the Village of Ardsley for fire protection services to Unincorporated Greenburgh residents of the South Ardsley and Chauncey Fire Protection District for the year 2013 (To be adjourned to September 11, 2013)
