SUPERVISOR FEINER Introduction of a Local Law amending Chapter 440 of the Town Code of the Town of Greenburgh entitled "Taxation" by adding a new Article XII and Sections 440-65 to 440-67 to require that, at a minimum, the Town conduct a periodic property reassessment in accordance with the Cyclical Reassessment Program or any successor program for purposes of equitable and transparent assessments Introduction of a Local Law which would allow Motor Vehicle Sales Uses and Motor Vehicles Sales Lots as a Special Permit Use in the Central Avenue Mixed-Use Impact (CA) District
