SUPERVISOR FEINER Introduction of a Local Law amending Chapter 440 of the Town Code of the Town of Greenburgh entitled "Taxation" by adding a new Article XII and Sections 440-65 to 440-67 to require that, at a minimum, the Town conduct a periodic property reassessment in accordance with the Cyclical Reassessment Program or any successor program for purposes of equitable and transparent assessments Introduction of a Local Law imposing a one hundred and twenty day moratorium on the filing, acceptance and/or approval of applications for all new businesses seeking to operate in Town as massage parlors, and a moratorium on approval of applications by existing businesses operating as massage parlors seeking rezoning, special and conditional use permits, certain use and area variances, site plan and/or subdivision approval and certain permits and/or approvals issued by the Planning Board, the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Building Inspector or the Town Board
