DECISION To consider two agreements between the Town of Greenburgh and the Village of Ardsley to provide Fire Protection Services to Unincorporated area residents of the Chauncey and South Ardsley Fire Protection Districts, at a cost of $12,191 and $384,918, respectively, for the year 2015 (See TB 1 and TB 2, respectively) (to be held over to Town Board Meeting of February 25, 2015) To consider a one-year agreement between the Town of Greenburgh and the Village of Hastings on Hudson for Fire Protection Services to Unincorporated Greenburgh residents of the Donald Park Fire Protection District for the Year 2014 (See TB 3) To consider a Local Law amending Chapter 440 of the Code of the Town of Greenburgh entitled “Taxation” by adding a new Article XII and Sections 440-65 to 440-67 to require that, at a minimum, the Town conduct a periodic property reassessment in accordance with the Cyclical Reassessment Program or any successor program for purposes of equitable and transparent assessments To consider a Special Permit application by Architectural Visions on behalf of 728 Central Ave, LLC (d.b.a. Curry Chevrolet) for property located at 728 Central Park Avenue South (P.O. PUBLIC DISCUSSION To consider a Local Law requiring all new and existing businesses operating and/or seeking to operate in the Town as massage parlors to obtain a Special Use Permit from the Town Board and an annual license from the Town Clerk prior to operating such establishments
PUBLIC COMMENT Advance signup is preferred. Speakers will be called in the order of receipt of a Public Comment Request Form. The forms are available on the Town Web site, in the Town Clerk's Office (until 7:00 PM on the day of the meeting), and on the dais next to the Town Clerk during the meeting. A three minute limit per speaker will be strictly enforced. No interruptions by Town Board members, the Town Clerk or the public will be permitted. Any questions on agenda items should be asked at this time. Department Heads have the option of leaving the meeting following Public Comment. Therefore, if anyone has questions that are related to resolutions/items on the agenda that she/he would like to direct to a specific Department Head, those questions should be raised at this time.
