DECISION To consider a Local Law amending Section 44 of Chapter 440 of the Town Code entitled “Taxation” by increasing the maximum allowable household income from $29,000 to $40,000 for seniors and persons with disabilities occupying rent controlled properties and permitting property owners offering such properties for rent to abate rent increases for seniors and the disabled (SEE TB 3 - to be held over and voted upon at June 24, 2015 meeting) To consider the 2015 Proposed Capital Budget and 2016-2017 Capital Plan (SEE TB 4) To consider a Local Law amending the Sign and Illumination Law (Chapter 240 of the Code of the Town of Greenburgh) to allow for increased sign sizes in the OB and OB-1 Office Building Districts (SEE TB 5)

A three minute limit per speaker will be strictly enforced. No interruptions by Town Board members, the Town Clerk or the public will be permitted. Any questions on agenda items should be asked at this time. Department Heads have the option of leaving the meeting following Public Comment.
