MOMENT OF SILENCE In memory of Barry Matthews, father of Sergeant Brian Matthews of the Greenburgh Police Department. Barry was a retired Deputy Chief with the Fairview Fire District, retiring in 2009 after 29 Years of Service. Barry was a proud member of the Westchester County Firefighters Emerald Society Pipes and Drums. In memory of Dorothy Aluisio, mother-in-law of retired Police Chief Joseph DeCarlo.

CD 1 - 10/17/16 Resolution (1) declaring the intention of the Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh to be Lead Agency for a Zoning Text and Zoning Map Amendment petition by Georgica Green Ventures, LLC and the Greenburgh Housing Authority to add a new zoning district (M-SH: Multifamily Senior Housing) to the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map, and to Rezone 7.410-228-9 [48, 50, 54, 56 and 58 Manhattan Avenue] to the M-SH District; and (2) referring the petition to the Planning Board for review and recommendation in accordance with the requirements of Section 285-64 of the Town’s Zoning Ordinance

SUPERVISOR & TOWN COUNCIL REPORTS/ANNOUNCEMENTS GOOD NEWS...The Town continues to have the highest possible bond rating from both Standard & Poors (AAA) and Moody's (Aaa). Only 3% of communities in nation have this rating. Today, Standards and Poors reaffirmed the Town's (AAA) rating. Any individual or group interested in a visit from the Town Board should email the Board at TownBoard@GreenburghNY.com

PUBLIC COMMENT Advance signup is preferred. Speakers will be called in the order of receipt of a Public Comment Request Form. The forms are available on the Town Web site, in the Town Clerk’s Office (until 7:00 PM on the day of the meeting), and on the dais next to the Town Clerk during the meeting. A three minute limit per speaker will be strictly enforced. No interruptions by Town Board members, the Town Clerk or the public will be permitted. Any questions on agenda items should be asked at this time. Department Heads have the option of leaving the meeting following Public Comment. Therefore, if anyone has questions that are related to resolutions/items on the agenda that she/he would like to direct to a specific Department Head, those questions should be raised at this time.
