MOMENT OF SILENCE In memory of Bernard (Bernie) Small, Sr., devoted husband, father and grandfather, Bernie, along with his beloved wife, Beryl, was a lifelong resident of Parkway Homes, Town of Greenburgh. Both Bernie and Beryl have significant community service histories. Bernie, who passed on Monday, March 19th at the age of 84, proudly served the United States Army from 1955 to 1961 and regularly participated in events honoring veterans sponsored by the Town. A retired Food Production Manager with Calvary Hospital as well as an avid bowler, skier and golfer, Bernie, through his dedication to community service, was Treasurer of the Parkway Homes Civic Association for over forty years.
