MOMENT OF SILENCE Edna Bass a longtime resident of North Elmsford and 17 year employee for the Town of Greenburgh Department of Parks and Recreation passed away on March 30, 2019. Edna also had two of her children work for Parks and Recreation in the past fulltime; Wayne Bass as Recreation Supervisor (now Commissioner of Parks and Recreation for White Plains) and Brent Bass as Deputy Commissioner of Parks and Recreation. She was truly a remarkable person and we mourn her passing.
