MOMENT OF SILENCE In memory of Rev. Eloise Young, who was pastor of the Tabernacle of Prayer Revival Center Church and St James FBH Church for 48 years. The first female chaplain for the County of Westchester, Rev. Young mentored many children including children born to inmates at the Westchester County Correctional facility. She raised the less fortunate as if they were her own. Rev. Young was a kind, compassionate and beautiful human being who will be missed and always appreciated.
