To consider an Amended Site Plan application by Mount Hope Cemetery, located at 50 Jackson Avenue (P.O. Hastings-on-Hudson) (See CD 3 - 7/16/19)

CD 1 - 7/16/19
Resolution (1) declaring the intention of the Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh to be Lead Agency with respect to SEQRA, for a Zoning Text and Zoning Map amendment petition by Brightview Senior Living, LLC to add a new floating zone district (Continuum of Care Facility CCF) to the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map, and to rezone an approximately 6 acre portion of 8.10-1-6, 8.141-94-15, 16, 17 & 18 [289 Dobbs Ferry Road – Metropolis Country Club] to the CCF District; and (2) referring the petition to the Planning Board for review and recommendation in accordance with the requirements of Section 285-64 of the Town’s Zoning Ordinance

Resolution (1) declaring the intention of the Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh to be Lead Agency with respect to SEQRA, regarding a Zoning Text amendment to Section 285-10 of the Zoning Ordinance, entitled “R-40 One-Family Residence District,” as it relates to assisted living facilities; and (2) referring the amendment to the Planning Board for a report and recommendation in accordance with the requirements of section 285-64 of the Town’s Zoning Ordinance

Resolution issuing a negative declaration for the SEQRA determination of the Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh with respect to an amended site plan and all related applications by Mount Hope Cemetery Association located at 50 Jackson Avenue (P.O. Hastings-on-Hudson)

Tarrytown [Parcel ID 7.290-141-9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.5, 9.6, 9.15 & 7.300-142-3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, 3.12]) presently zoned R-40 One-Family Residence District with a Conservation District (CD) Overlay, into the Planned Unit Development (PUD) District with a CD Overlay, in connection with petitions submitted by Rivertowns Estates LLC (Adjourned to Town Board Meeting on 7/24/19)
