To consider the Town of Greenburgh 2020 Preliminary Budget [See Resolution TB-1]
 
To consider the Town of Greenburgh 2020 Recommended Capital Budget, and 2021 and 2022 Capital Plan [See Resolution TB-2]
 
To consider repealing Chapter 260 of the Code of the Town of Greenburgh, entitled “Trees,” and consider the adoption of a Local Law creating a new Chapter 260 of the Code of the Town of Greenburgh, entitled “Trees, Community Management” (Note: There were additional changes to the document in response to comments at the 11/13/19 Public Hearing, then the 11/19/19 Public Hearing, and then the 11/25/19 Public Hearing. The latest revision posted is 12/10/19, but comments on any version are welcome and encouraged. The "Draft Town of Greenburgh Replacement Planting List (11-15-19)" cannot be displayed on AgendaQuick. PUBLIC HEARINGS
 
Item (2) Continued from 9/25/19 Town Board Meeting, adjourned from 10/23/19 Town Board Meeting and 11/25/19. To consider (1) eliminating the current hydrant rental charge imposed by the Greenburgh Consolidated Water District (GCWD) on the Fairview Fire District, Greenville Fire District and Hartsdale Fire District, as well as on villages providing Fire Protection District services to areas served by the GCWD and (2) adding a fire hydrant charge to GCWD water usage bills and, if so, the preferred method for doing so. This hearing is adjourned until January 8, 2020.
