1.   Case No. 18-02 – Damiano & Maggie Guastella, for property at 245 Old Tarrytown Road (P.O. White Plains, N.Y.).  Applicant is requesting area variances from Section 285-15(B)(3)(d) of the Zoning Ordinance to increase the maximum impervious surface from 40.75 % (permitted) to 48.6 % (proposed); and from Section 285-15(B)(5)(b) to reduce the side yard setback from a parking area from 10 ft. (required) to 2 ft. (proposed), in order to legalize structures and driveways on their property.  The property is located in an R-7.5 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID:  7.420-260-18.
 
2.   Case No. 18-10 – Rocco Salerno, for property at 4 Elizabeth Street (P.O. Scarsdale, N.Y).  Applicant is requesting an area variance from Section 285-36(F)(1) of the Zoning Ordinance to permit storage of a recreational vehicle in the front yard and not screened.  The Property is located in an R-20 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel Lot ID: 8.290-221-5.
 
3.   Case No. 18-12 – HVA Realty 1031, LLC, for property at 499 Old Tarrytown Road (P.O. White Plains, N.Y.).  Applicant is requesting sign variances from Section 240-3(D)(7)(b) of the Sign & Illumination law to increase a yard sign from 20 sq. ft. (permitted) to 52.99 sq. ft. (proposed); and from Section 240-3(A)(b) to decrease the open space between the lower edge of sign from 5 ft. (required) to 0 ft. (proposed).  The property is located in an LI-Light Industrial District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID:  7.410-221-14.

5.   Case No. 18-14 – Monique Thoresz, for property at 89 County Center Road (P.O. White Plains, N.Y.). Applicant is requesting area variances from Section 285-15(B)(4)(b) of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the side yard setback from 12 ft. (required), 10.52 ft. (existing) to 10.52 ft. (proposed); from Section 285-15(B)(4)(c) to reduce a total of two side yards from 22 ft. (required), 18.91 ft. (existing) to 18.91 ft. (proposed); and from Section 285-42(C)(1) to enlarge a nonconforming structure so as to increase such nonconformance in order to construct a second floor addition.  The property is located in an R-7.5 One-Family Residential District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID:  7.500-306-5.
 
6.   Case No. 18-15 – Sunningdale Country Club, for property at 300 Underhill Road (P.O. Scarsdale, N.Y.).  Applicant is requesting an area variance from Section 285-40(B)(4) of the Zoning Ordinance to increase the height of an accessory structure from 12 ft. (permitted) to 30 ft. (proposed), in order to install a netting system for the driving range.  The property is located in an R-30 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID:  8.280-214-45.
 
7.   Case No. 18-16 – Hartsdale Development LLC, for property at 250 S. Central Avenue (P.O. Hartsdale, N.Y.).  Applicant is requesting area variances from Section 285-29.1(C)(3) of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the side yard setback of an accessory structure from 20 ft. (required) to 16.3 ft. (proposed); and from Section 285-29.1(C)(3) to reduce the rear yard setback of an accessory structure from 25 ft. (required) to 17.7 ft. (proposed), in order to legalize the off-street parking.  The property is located in the CA- Central Avenue Mixed Use District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID:  8.290-226-1
