2.   ZBA Case No. 19-10 – Maria Regina High School, for property located at 500 W. Hartsdale Avenue (PO Hartsdale, NY). Applicant is requesting area variances from Section 240-3(D)(1)(b) of the Sign & Illumination law to increase the number of yard signs from 1 (permitted), 2 (existing) to 8 (proposed); and to increase the size of the yard signs from 6 sq. ft. Applicant is requesting a variance from Section 285-36(B)(6) of the Zoning Ordinance to increase the length of a building from 100 ft. (permitted) to 126 ft. 6.   ZBA Case No. 19-18 – Midland Trust, for property located at 265 Old Tarrytown Road (P.O. White Plains, NY). Applicant is requesting area variances from Section 285-15(B)(5)(a) of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the setback from an accessory structure to the principal building from 10 ft. (permitted) to 5 ft. (proposed); and from Section 285-40(B)(4) to increase the height of an accessory structure from 12 ft. (permitted) to 12.5 ft. 7.   ZBA Case No. 19-19 – Jeff Neidhardt & Roxanne Lagano, for property located at 8 Cotswold Way (P.O. Scarsdale, NY).  Applicant is requesting area variances from Section 285-12(B)(3)(d) of the Zoning Ordinance to increase the maximum impervious surface from 29 % (permitted), 41 % (existing) to 41 % (proposed); from Section 285-12(B)(4)(b) to reduce the side lot line from 18 ft. (required), 10 ft. (existing) to 10 ft. (proposed); from Section 285-39(D)2) to increase the maximum Floor Area Ratio (F.A.R.) from 4,230 sq. ft. (permitted) to 4,488 sq. ft. (proposed); and from Section 285-42(C)(1) to enlarge a nonconforming structure so as to increase such nonconformance, in order to build an addition.  The property is located in an R-20 One-Family Residential District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID:  8.530-368-1.
