A joint work session to discuss various matters and procedures between the Town Board and Planning Board including:
(1) Supervisor’s proposed restructuring of land-use review process
(2) Zoning Ordinance Updates (Recent land-use modifications, approved and proposed)
     -  UR District, OB District, LOB District
     - Off-street parking regs.
(3) Timeline for rezoning Rt. 119 Corridor
(4) Zoning for small-scale Multi-family
(5) Grant Updates
     -   Odell House, Sidewalks, Tree Inventory
(6) Recreation Escrow Fee & Budget
     -  Uses
     - List of potential future projects
(7) 4 Corners Questions/Updates
(8) Civic Association & Resident Coordination; and
(9) Central Avenue Report prepared by CD&C Intern
     - Potential for Economic Development Director position.

The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Greenburgh Town Board will be Wednesday, November 14, 2018 and will begin at 7:00 P.M. in the Greenburgh Town Hall Auditorium.

The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Greenburgh Planning Board will be Wednesday, November 7, 2018 and will begin at 8:00 P.M. in the Greenburgh Town Hall Auditorium.
