a.   Case No. PB 20-13 Nekola, 20 Camelot Court, P.O. White Plains – Minor Project Wetland/Watercourse Permit
A minor project wetland/watercourse permit application involving the proposed removal of an existing approximately 282 sq. ft. impervious concrete patio and construction of an approximately 494 sq. ft. permeable paver patio, in the same location as the existing patio. The watercourse buffer on the applicant’s property consists of approximately 3,500 sq. ft., and the applicant is proposing approximately 494 sq. ft. of disturbance. The applicant proposes approximately 2.5 cubic yards of excavation and approximately 4 cubic yards of imported fill in connection with the project. The subject property consists of approximately 6,556 sq. ft. and is situated on the southwest side of Camelot Court, approximately 140 feet from the intersection of Camelot Court and Milestone Road. The property is situated in the PUD Planned Unit Development District, and is designated on the tax map of the Town of Greenburgh as Parcel ID: 7.280-111-20.
