Continuum of Care Facility (Special Permit Local Law) - Introducing a Local Law amending Chapter 285 of the Code of the Town of Greenburgh, entitled "Zoning" as it relates to a newly proposed use in the Town know as Continuum of Care Facilities, which local law would define and create a special permit process for this use in the Town's One Family Residence Districts
